By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that applying to participate in Uplifting does not guarantee that I will be selected or appear in the show. If selected, my participation is voluntary, and I may be asked to take part in casting, rehearsals, filming, interviews, and other activities reasonably connected to the production.

2. Age & Eligibility
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that the information I have provided in my application is truthful and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

3. Recording & Use of My Appearance
I understand that Uplifting is a filmed live experience and that my appearance may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By participating, I give Uplifting and its production partners permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance in connection with the production, broadcast, distribution, promotion, publicity, and marketing of Uplifting.

This may include use on television, streaming platforms, social media, websites, promotional material, and other media now known or developed in the future.

4. Content & Editing
I understand that footage of my participation may be edited for timing, storytelling, clarity, or promotional purposes. I understand that Uplifting may use reasonable excerpts or highlights from my participation to promote the show and its future episodes.

5. Personal Information & Participation
I understand that information I voluntarily share during my participation, including my interests, experiences, opinions, and answers to questions, may be included in the final production or promotional content.

I understand that I should only share information that I am comfortable having recorded and potentially broadcast or published.

6. Compensation
I understand that my participation in Uplifting is voluntary and does not create an employment relationship. Unless separately agreed to in writing, I will not receive payment or other compensation for my participation or for the use of my appearance and recorded materials.

7. Conduct & Safety
I agree to behave respectfully toward other participants, the hosts, audience members, crew, and everyone involved in the production. I agree to follow reasonable instructions and production guidelines provided by the Uplifting team.

8. After the Show
I understand that any connection or relationship that develops as a result of my participation is my personal choice to pursue or not pursue after the show. Uplifting does not guarantee any particular outcome or relationship between participants.

9. Confidentiality
I agree not to intentionally disclose unreleased or confidential information about the production, including details that the Uplifting team has specifically asked participants to keep private, before the relevant episode or content is officially released.

10. Release & Acknowledgment
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that Uplifting and its production partners will not be responsible for claims arising from my voluntary participation or the authorized use of my appearance and recorded materials, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

I understand that I have had the opportunity to ask questions about my participation and that I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms.
